Limitations on Use:

The COVID Memo Database (COVIDdb) is a free public database and website designed to support corporate board members, executives, regulators, policy makers, journalists, scholars and the broader corporate governance community in their understanding and awareness of memoranda and similar resources related to legal, business, operational, regulatory, accounting, and governance issues raised by the current COVID-19 crisis.

The COVIDdb is an aggregation of links to materials created by and hosted by others on their websites or on other services. The COVIDdb service does not own any of the intellectual property associated with the underlying content and materials created by others. Accordingly, Stanford University cannot grant or deny permission to use such materials and does not assume any responsibility for their content. Users of the COVIDdb service are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions from the appropriate rights holder for any use, reproduction and publication of the materials.

Subject to the terms of this Terms of Service, and with proper attribution, and for their own non-commercial research, reports, or presentations, users may use the COVIDdb and reproduce, publish, distribute, and/or link to individual results pages from the COVIDdb and aggregate data generated by use of the COVIDdb for empirical research or analysis.
